Eating Gluten-Free
Being gluten-free is hard enough, but especially when you are the ONLY gluten-free person in your home. Double the difficulty when you are a FOODIE and the ONLY GLUTEN-FREE person in your home. You get the cardboard jokes, the comments on how gross your food is and people telling you "How can you eat THAT". Thanks, but no thanks, I'd rather feel good and eat the right food (that actually tastes great) than put food in my body which contains gluten and spend the next 3-5 days sick and in pain.
People often tell you that there are salads available to eat. Yes, I can get a salad almost anywhere, but who wants to eat salads 24/7? Sure, they are good, but my foodie taste buds need a bit more lovin' than eating salad day in and day out.
Go bold, my gluten-free friends! Eat good food and love what you eat. Give your tastebuds reason to celebrate! Check out my recipes and blog articles on how you can live large AND be gluten-free! Building your gluten-free recipe box is sometimes harder than it looks. Bookmark and visit this page for more recipes from me and links to other great gluten-free recipes as they are added!
