My interview with Rosa Dixon from raised gluten free. Raised Gluten free is a woman owned gluten free bakery based in northern California dedicated to providing delicious allergen friendly food. The company was founded in 2011 by Rosa Dixon and her childhood best friend Milia Lando after Rose's daughter was diagnosed with CELIAC's disease. And at the same time milia had developed an allergy to dairy and eggs while Rosa struggled with a nut allergy. So everybody is coming down with something at that point. Finding gluten free food nut, nut free dairy free egg free products was agonizing. Thus the bakery grew out of a need for healthy high quality gluten free allergen free food for their families and yours. So without further ado, I'd love to introduce my feature guests, Rosa Dixon from race, gluten free. Brusa welcome to the travel calligraphy show. Oh, thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited.
