Gluten Free Travel & AutoImmune Disease

Gluten Free Travel & AutoImmune Disease

You may have just been diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder such as Celiac, Hashimoto's, Lupus, or Fibromyalgia. Whichever auto-immune diagnosis you have received, you may have found that many of us with auto-immune disease need to eliminate gluten to live a healthy and full life.

Gluten damages our bodies as gluten protein may cause inflammation when gluten interacts with your immune system. When you have been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, ensuring you eat the correct diet is essential to your quality of life. You and your family want to enjoy life and enjoy travel, not have to worry about where you can eat when you are on vacation.
